Nagabajee's Terms & Conditions

Nagabajee (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated under the domain nagabajee.bet. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between nagabajee and its users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Member").

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

To register on Nagabajee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or fabricated details may be closed at any time.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only create one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If multiple members of the same household share a device or IP address, please notify Support in advance.
• The name and contact details used during registration may be subject to verification at a later stage.
• Registering with false information will result in the forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings.

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register and use an account on nagabajee. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our top priorities.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• For your first withdrawal.
• Transactions exceeding a specified limit.
• Unusual activity is detected on the account.
• At any time Nagabajee management deems it necessary.

Accepted documents for KYC: National ID card, passport, or driving licence. A bank statement or utility bill may be required for address verification.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually instant; if delayed, please contact Support within 2 hours.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals are not permitted without completing KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

Nagabajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a wager of 10–30x the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or betting categories.
• Single Claim: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person.
• Misuse: If bonus system abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be investigated.

Nagabajee has specific rules for Sports Betting and gaming that apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless there is a technical error on the platform.
• Nagabajee reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.
• If disconnected during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• Accounts flagged for suspicious betting patterns will be subject to investigation.
• Nagabajee reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nagabajee. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts under one individual.
• Money Laundering: Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or automation in betting or gaming.
• Collusion: Fraudulent collusion between multiple players.
• Bonus Abuse: Operating accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• False Information: Submitting false or forged documents during registration or KYC.

Nagabajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

• Any bet lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Account login credentials being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Financial losses from gaming — every bet is your own decision.

We make every effort to keep the platform running at all times; however, Nagabajee is not liable for compensation in the event of uptime falling below 99.9%.
